Auction Affiliate Secrets, by Michael Sheriff

Auction Affiliate Secrets by Michael Sheriff, offers to reveal “The Hidden Goldmine Of eBay’s Affiliate Program Revealed.” Michael is a respected eBay marketer & this ebook claims that eBays affiliate program is your solution to making a re-occurring income from eBay without all the hassles that sellers normally encounter.

With testimonials from Dave Bromley from ukauctiononline.co.uk amongst others the ebook seems to be a winning formula and there’s no doubt that Michael has researched his ebook and subject in-depth.

Offering the basic history of eBay and why you should join the affiliate program, the ebook also includes some pretty neat tricks that the majority of eBay affiliates won’t know.

Personally though I’m undecided and can’t figure out who the ebook is aimed at. Anyone familiar with affiliate marketing will already be able to find their way around the ebay program and should be aware of the opportunity.

For those who have never tried affiliate marketing before, this ebook will fill in a lot of holes in their knowledge and alert them to what can be a very profitable opportunity. But I don’t feel it contains enough knowledge for those who have never tried affiliate marketing to succeed - after all the majority of users who try affiliate marketing fail to earn a single cent.

Ideally I think you’d get the most out of this ebook after reading something along the lines of Secret Affiliate Weapon by Ewen Chia to give you an introduction about being a successful affiliate.

You can find out more information about Auction Affiliate Secrets here. It’s currently priced at $24

Avril Harpers Make Money By Tearing Up Old Books and Magazines

I’ve heard of Avril Harpers name for a few years now, mainly at ezinearticles.com where she is a expert author. However I have never really checked out her products so thought I it was time I viewed her “How to Make Money Tearing Up Old Books and Magazines and Selling Them on eBay” ebook.

The concept this ebook offers is actually very good. It’s a market I’d never even consider looking at and can actually be verified by searching on eBay for similar items. When you learn exactly how this method works & start looking into it, you’ll also see how sellers who follow the practice and the advice in this ebook are quickly propelled to powerseller status. I’m surprised that this concept is not promoted by some of the more well know ebay experts given the potential of this market.

How to Make Money Tearing Up Old Books and Magazines and Selling Them on eBay, is a well written and presented, easy to follow plan,  spread over 92 pages with a number of ebay screenshots to guide you though the process. For newly registered members it also has a section on Starting Out On Ebay.

If your looking for a niche business model, which you can already incorporate with an existing hobby, most importantly at low cost I thoroughly recommend this ebook gets added to your collection.

The only thing that lets this product down are a few cosmetic points. For example the download page is just a html page, which doesn’t give the perceived value of the item you want especially when you’ve just spent your money. The sales page doesn’t actually give the product the justice it deserved. However, if you allow yourself to see though these minor points,
for just $27 you’ll grab one gem of an ebook and have the potential to start building your online business. Details of Avril Harper here.

SaleHoo - The Global Directory Of Wholesale Distributors

For a membership fee of $49.95 offers to be a comprehensive directory of manufactures, dropshippers and wholesalers. It seems to be an ideal solution for sellers looking to build up small businesses online but who don’t already have access to these products.

SaleHoo is split into two sections, The wholesale suppliers database and the private members forum. The private members forum, always seems to be quite active with members sharing their thoughts on dropshippers and specific wholesale suppliers as well as a section for those seeking specific products. Members of SaleHoo seem to be quite willing to share their supplier information and experiences as it is a closed site and the information isn’t publicly viewable.

The wholesale suppliers database literally lists hundreds of wholesalers, dropshippers, manufactures and liquidators in an easy to use format. Each listing has a summary of supplier containing information on what it offers and where they are based. Members are welcome to rate and review each listing, to warn or approve the supplier to other members. Having saw and paid for a few lists of dropshippers over the years, I can say the information contained within SaleHoo is worthy of the membership fee (being as it’s a one time fee for lifetime membership) and is up to date & accurate.

My only reservation with SaleHoo, is the majority of members who join the site will not make use of the information and contacts listed -  putting it on the back burner & never getting round to using it. However this could be said of most users who purchase membership or any informational product. SaleHoo can be found at: http://www.SaleHoo.com

Easy Profit Auctions - REVISITED

Following the earlier review of Easy Profit Auctions, I felt it was time to revisit the site to see if it had been kept up to date and what new material if any had been added.

Easy Profit Auctions, by Alex Jeffreys focuses on using eBay to build a list. The site has been a massive success with lifetime membership offered at $97.00. Included in this fee is one years of email consultation with Alex.

One bonus audio added since the last review is Jason James of the Auction Resource Network. Others advertised as “coming soon” include Adam Ginsberg and Jim Cockrum of Silent Sales Machine fame, although no date is specified as when these will be online.

An aspect of Easy Profit Auctions that’s always seems worthwhile to visit is the exclusive members forum. Fresh ideas and contributions are made daily by members and by Alex himself.

Overall, Easy Profit Auctions still maintains tremendous value for money and offers a good and unique system for using eBay to your advantage. More details at the Easy Profit Auctions site - click here for details.

Ebay Made Simple, by Bob Hamilton

Bob Hamiliton and his daughter Jenny have been there and tried it all. When realising the potential of eBay in 2006, like most of us they subscribed to every mailing list from every ebay guru going and spent thousands of pounds on eBay ebooks. Slowly, using what they learnt from the experts, ebooks and though their own mistakes they became established Powersellers and have a full time home based eBay business.

These days, Bob is well on the way to being considered an eBay Expert himself having written hundreds of articles on eBay and completed his ebook. “Ebay Made Simple - The Complete Beginners Guide To Ebay”, is Bobs “How To” guide of building an eBay business from scratch.

Starting with how to build feedback and the importance of feedback, this product is pretty unique as it encourages you to jump in and sell unwanted items first. This will help you to learn how to minimise losses and get to know your market. There is no magic formula that will work 100% of the time when selling, you need to find out what works & what is right for you.

Though out the 205 pages its packed with common sense, practical tips, and answers to those questions others seem to avoid. If your at the stage where you need to start or even grown an existing ebay business then you will get some value out of Ebay Made Simple.

The ebook concludes with articles packed with eBay advice, a list of dropshippers, appendixes on your about me page and shipping items, common ebay terms and conditions as well as a simple where to start on eBay guide.

Alex Jeffreys, Easy Profit Auctions Membership Site

It’s Time To Make Ebay Work For You…Not The Other Way Around!” says Alex Jeffreys over at EasyProfitAuctions.com. With testimonials by other gurus such as Tim Knox and Jason James, Alex Jeffreys seems to have had no trouble selling his site to other gurus.

I was quite skeptical. Firstly, I’d never heard of the name Alex Jeffreys and secondly there are already a score of existing ebay membership sites. However, one thing that Easy Profit Auctions seems to do is focus more on a specific credible technique used on ebay as oppose to a membership site packed with every ebook going describing every possible money making scheme going.

Easy Profit Auctions focuses on two aspects of eBay, Listing Building and Ebooks. Including articles, camtasia videos, teleconferences, and a busy vibrate members forum not only does Easy Profit Auctions accomplish what it sets out to do, it does it with complete authority and competence.

I’ve completed two ebooks myself and before I start with the third, will be revisiting Alex’s site to plan out the launch for the third.

I realise that with the site focusing mainly on two specific techniques, a lot of readers will be put off - purely by the thought of completing an ebook themselves. However, there is simply no need to fear this, Easy Profit Auction includes videos and advice showing how you can distance yourself from the task by outsourcing the project or by rewriting an existing private label ebook.

I really can not go into specific details of everything the site details, and it really took me some time to get my head around the concept it was offering. Viewing this site alone, Alex Jeffrey has added me to his list of fans and I’ll be keeping a close eye on anything else he offers.

So, what does Easy Profit Auctions include:

Like Jason James Auction Resource Network, for me one of the main attactions is twelve months worth Of unlimited personal consulting, by alex himself. Access to the EPA private members forum, expert advice of the concepts and techniques described by Alex, a range of bonuses and tools and full support offered to all members. You can check out the site at EasyProfitAuctions.com

Feedback Analyzer, from Dave Guindon

Within the last 24 hours, I’ve received three emails. One from Brian McGregor, another from Micheal Sherriff and a third all mentioning one particular product. The Product is Feedback Analyzer, from Dave Guindon

Feedback Analyzer is a free product (for personal use), that offers to be a comprehensive feedback tool. With the ability to extract feedback comments for any seller & sort this information into easily viewable tables, one of it’s main benefits is the time it could saves you if you were to do the same task manually.

Feedback Analyser

Feedback Analyzer has been designed with the end user in mind. As you can see from the above screenshot, it is very attractive and simple to use. One of the best features of the software, is the ability to collect your own feedback from ebay and build a html table which you simply paste into your own eBay listings. Showing off your ebay feedback this way, gives your bidders more confidence and is something some of the best powersellers do.

The Software works on four different international versions of the site (ebay.com/.co.uk/.ca/com.au) and you also have the option to purchase master resell rights, allowing you to resell the product. Support is offered via the way of Camtasia videos and a support desk.

Feedback Analyzer is definatly worth downloading, if you like to research those who you do business with before it’s finalised. You can download your copy of Feedback Analyzer here.

EDIT: 27th January - Feedback Analyzer is no longer being offered as a free download, but as a only with resell rights for $27

The Complete Moron’s Guide To Buying on eBay by Socrates Socratous

Aimed at complete beginners to the eBay scene, Socrates Socratous has compiled two ebooks - “The Complete Beginners Guide To Buying On EBay” and “The Complete Beginners Guide To Selling On Ebay”.

Socrates Socratous presents himself as an internet marketer, and his blog at http://socratesblog.com shows him attending marketing conferences, teaching about listing building at seminars and catching up with world famous internet gurus such as Mike Filsaime & Stephen Pierce.

Although not a high priced product (available on ebay for as little as $1.99) Socreates ebook is one of the best guides aimed at newbies. Containing essential links to relevant sites and information that is mandatory for newbies to learn - but unfortunately which normally left for users have to learn the hard way.

Beginning with an introduction to eBay & explaining the history of the site, it goes on to show the advantages of eBay and talking readers though the process of searching for items and bidding for them.

My only small criticism of the ebook is that it’s appears to be aimed solely at a US audience, as oppose to an international one. Screenshots are shown in USD$, and all links are to eBay.com instead of giving users the option to link to their local ebay site. Despite this, the information contained is still 100% accurate to users of every ebay site.

The guide concludes with “Top 29 eBay Buying Success Tips Sellers DON’T Want You to Know!” including information about eBays affiliate program, feedback, western union payments and safe payment methods, and sniping.

Users who have been registered on ebay for a while and have experience using the site will gain little from this ebook, however for newly registered members to ebay this ebook should be made essential reading before bidding for your first item.

You can download “The Complete Moron’s Guide To Buying on eBay”, which is offered as a Bonus when purchasing Brian McGregors “The eBay Formula” during January.
